Brad has more than 40 years of successful, diversified experience in project development, engineering, design, construction, and management of domestic and international projects. From 1984 to 2013, he worked within Fluor Corporation’s Power Group in various capacities with ever-increasing responsibilities; this tenure culminated in his position as Vice President of Fluor's Renewables and Alternate Technologies Business Line which he founded in 2009 before retiring from Fluor in March, 2013.   In this capacity, he was responsible for the design and construction of projects totaling more than 500 MW of installed solar power generation.  Brad holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and is a Registered Civil Engineer (CH33012, California). Brad also serves on the Board of Science Heads, Inc., a non-profit organization which supports science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) education in our local schools.



Van has 8 years of engineering and construction experience with Fluor Corporation's Power Group. He has worked on many utility-scale power projects at various stages including system optimization, engineering, design, construction, and operation.  Since 2011, he has designed and constructed more than 250MW of PV power plants.  Van is an expert in PV system design, performance modeling, and equipment selection.  Van received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from University of California, Riverside and a M.S. degree in Engineering Management from Duke University.  He also holds a C46 solar contractor license in the State of California.



Marcus has 25 years experience in the engineering, procurement and construction industry.  Marcus is a Director of Engineering with Fluor Corporation, and is the technical leader for gas fueled and renewable projects.  Marcus has executed in excess of 20,000MW of gas fueled projects and over 750MW of solar projects from proposal stage through engineering, construction, commissioning and operation phases.  Marcus’s responsibilities include integration of technical, commercial and construction processes and techniques to result in optimized, commercially successful power generation facilities. Marcus has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and is a Licensed Chemical Engineer (CH5058, California; 94297, Texas). Marcus holds a certificate from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (21874) and is certified as a project management professional with the Project Management Institute (PMP 1313644).
